Financing
Some customers may choose to obtain a low interest loan to finance their geothermal installation. Depending on the terms of the loan, the monthly payments can be significantly less than utility bills with old heating and cooling systems. In these cases, the payback is immediate because positive cash flow is realized in the first month of operation.

Programs and rates vary substantially based on which product(s) are being financed, the size
of the project and the location. We encourage you to discuss financing alternatives with us.
Incentives
Currently, single family residential owners who install a geothermal heating and cooling system are eligible for a one-time tax credit of 30%. Homeowners should also contact their local utilities who may also offer rebates for the installation of high efficiency heating and cooling systems.
